Privacy Policy

No personal information. CS2 Caller does not collect, store, or share any personal information. There are no user accounts, no sign-up, no login, no contact forms, and no payment processing — so we never ask for, receive, or store names, email addresses, or payment details.

The only thing we measure is anonymous, aggregate traffic — see Anonymous page-view counts below.

To know how many people use the site and which maps and rounds are most useful, we use Vercel Web Analytics. For each page view it records the page, the time, the referring site, your approximate location (country, region, city), and your browser, operating system, and device type.

It sets no cookies. Visitors are counted using a hash of the incoming request that is discarded after 24 hours, so we cannot identify you or follow you across days or across other websites. We only ever see totals, never individual visitors.

The site keeps a short list of your recently viewed and favorited round calls, plus your display preferences (color palette, light/dark mode, tooltips). These are saved locally in your own browser (via localStorage) on your own device. They never leave your browser, are never transmitted to us or any server, and are not linked to any identity.

Your chosen home-page layout is saved in a single first-party preference cookie (cs2-theme) so the server can show the right layout on first load. It holds only the layout letter and is not used for tracking.

You can erase all of this at any time — clear your recents and favorites from within the site, or clear your browser's site data — and it's gone.

Beyond the anonymous page-view counts above, CS2 Caller runs no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no tracking cookies of any kind. We don't profile visitors and we don't sell or share data.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server access logs (for example, IP address and request time) for security and reliability; these are handled under the hosting provider's own privacy policy and are not used by us to identify or track individuals.
